Shipping Policy

Tracking Products:

Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.

Missing Packages for Domestic Shipments:

If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:

  • Contact the shipping company as they will be able to track your package locally. Provide your tracking number so they can better assist you. (Attached Fedex and USPS numbers)

  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Once you have a claim, please provide us with that claim number and we will re-ship your order. **Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.

 

Incorrect Address:

Once an item ships, we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS or Fedex, to change your address. We will not re-ship or refund for incorrect addresses.

 RETURN POLICY

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. 

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that: 

The product was purchased within the last 15 days. 

The product is unopened, in its original packaging. 

You have the receipt, order confirmation or proof of purchase from www.thesteakstick.com. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third-party retailers.

Products that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for return.

 SALE ITEMS

Unfortunately, items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular-price items can be refunded. 

 DAMAGED ITEMS

Stuff happens, and if you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately. 

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
